Anonymous asked: Hey Pacey! I was thinking... of sailing for the winter with my friend who I would like to be more than just "friends" with. Do you think I need boat insurance? Which waters would be best to stay in? How is cell phone reception at sea?
Boat insurance is always handy, in case you ever go out with a regular, platonic friend to cheer them up and get caught in a storm which causes your beloved boat to sink. You’d be able to recoup the loss and maybe put the money towards your Hawaiian shirt fund, or pick up some new goatee trimmers.
You should probably avoid any waters where there are a lot of pirates, such as the Gulf of Aden, western Africa and Indonesia.
Cell phone reception at sea isn’t the best, you should really have a radio or maybe a satellite phone. But if you really want things to progress with your “friend” it’s best to have as little communication with the mainland as possible, lest they start thinking about a previous relationship they left behind, so only use it in emergencies!

Anonymous asked: I'm in a rut. What do you recommend I do to get out of it?
I’m in a bit of a rut myself, so if you figure it out, let me know.

Anonymous asked: Why didn't you have a crack at Gail? Her twin suits are insanely short in season one, and she probably wasn't that much older than your English teacher. Were you afraid of Mitch because he looks like he could have crushed your skull like a walnut with his bare hands?
You’ve definitely answered your own question there.

Anonymous asked: i just started uni and i really hate it, im thinking about dropping out but i need the loan and im scared if i got a job instead then ill get trapped in a life of crappy jobs
Being stuck in a life of crappy jobs can really suck, but university isn’t for everyone. If you really really hate it you could leave and then go back later, or go to a trade school. Or open a restaurant with your gay cop brother’s money!

Anonymous asked: What's the best way to overcome insecurities?
Surround yourself with people who love and appreciate you for who you are, and cut unsupportive people out of your life.
Also, buy a boat.

Anonymous asked: Are you happy with Joshua Jackson's career path?
Well, we can’t all own a restaurant in a small town, and he seems to be doing well with this whole “acting” thing. I loved him in those Mighty Ducks movies, and Now on Fringe? It’s great stuff! Joey and I love to curl up in front of the tv in our unrealistically large New York apartment and watch Peter Bishop’s latest adventures. My one complaint is the show doesn’t have enough hawaiian shirts, but what’re you gonna do?

Anonymous asked: I'm scared I'll never have sex ever again. But I'm really bad at flirting. What do I do?
Some good places to find hookups are classrooms, yachts, ski lodges and restaurant kitchens, so you could try hanging out in these places. Some people also have luck in mental institutions but I personally don’t think it’s a good idea.

Anonymous asked: I am stumped about buying gifts this holiday season. Any suggestions?
I find it’s best to give gifts that are simple and from the heart. If you go and spend a ton of money on expensive things, maybe because you finally have a job that pays decent money, people won’t appreciate it and will accuse you of working for a crooked organization.
Another thing to avoid is selling your blood in order to buy jewelry for people. You might pass out during dinner and girls don’t like that.
